Life Time Living

The Life Time Living vision is to disrupt the residential real estate market by integrating Healthy Way of Life into a luxury, connected, modern home.  Our residences will promote healthy living with unmatched architecture, elegance and design enveloped in quality and the conveniences demanded by active lifestyles.  

The Objective

The ask was to create several pages driving awareness to this new arm of
Life Time Healthy Way of Life. Simultaneous to the website launch, we seek to Launch an email campaign focused on nurturing leads,
 PR campaign to carefully craft messaging at breaking ground on LT living, and incorporate marketing assets and collateral, including on-site banners and fly through videos.

The Challenges

Some of the biggest challenges about this project were that this was a completely new, unique and somewhat complex to understand offering from Life Time that members and non-members would be unfamiliar with. It also needed to be clearly defined, explained and contrasted from other Life Time offerings like Life Time work and the Life Time Athletic clubs. Along with that there was nearly zero assets to work with aside from two fly-through video renderings so we would need to get creative to sell the dream to our specific demographics.

Solutions

We would use iconography to illustrate the high-end amenities LT Living had to offer specific to each location. Additionally from the two existing fly-through rendering videos, we would pull high-resolution stills to show the floor plans and community spaces and edit the video for use on multiple pages like overviews, floor plan pages and social media teasers. The two fly throughs ended up being used to create 8 different versions of animations. We also had to sprinkle in some stock and existing club photography to add some humanity and lifestyle to all the building and location shots. This was phase 1 of the Life Time Living project, which is to be further evolved and redesigned closer launch when more information and assets are available.
